Return Policy
 GoBunnys.com is committed to deliver quality products however, if the products are defective or you are not satisfied with the products; please E-mail us at sales@gobunnys.com or Fax to 913-342-2178.

     * All Returns must be made within 10 days of the receipt.

     * All Returns must be pre-authorized by gobunnys.com with an RMA
        (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

     * Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory
        condition and packaging.

     * Wig, Hair pieces must not be worn or altered for customer protection.
        
     * Shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund.

     * Hair Care, beauty supply, and sale items can not be exchanged
        or refunded       

     * For cancel, and returning package(s) by customers, we will credit the total    
        amount less shopping cost, and may charge 20% for restocking fee.   
  
     * Refunds may take up to 14 days process.

* All clearance items are non-returnable. All sales of Clearance, Price Cut and Special Deal items are final.

* If customer refuses package(s) we will credit the total amount less shipping cost and may  charge 20% for restocking fee.


Shipping Information
We offer 5 shipping options:
1. USP Ground shipping takes 7-10 business days.
2. UPS 3 day select shipping takes 4-5 business days.
3. UPS 2 day Air shipping takes 3-4 business days.
4. UPS Next’s day Air shipping takes 2-3 business days.

** We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be Charged by Customs


Order Processing
  Orders are processed within 12 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock
Availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. Once shipped,
 Orders arrive within the time frame selected (USP Air, USP Ground, Canada Air
or International) on the order form.
For orders, shipped UPS Next day, 2 day, and 3 day select orders must be submitted 10 AM (Central time). After that will be processed next day business.


Shipping Delays
 We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or
Carrier delays, Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and

Cancellation Fees
 For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery,
Or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order: there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shopping and handling charges are non refundable.


Backorders
 If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist.
